Hi!... We're Josie & Michelle.
We run a family pet care business from home providing walking, grooming and pet sitting to your pets in Southend on Sea and the surrounding areas

We offer a one to one service on all our grooms and often two to one if your pet is nervous or needs special attention

Our walks are also one to one

We are both Certified Dog Groomers and Dog Walkers and are also qualified in Canine First Aid

WALK
Are you at work and worrying about your fur baby throughout the day? ..then why not break the day up for him and let us take him for a walk!

In our 30 minute or 60 minute walk we will visit the park, woods or beach!
We'll have lots of fun to stimulate and wear out your dog
All our walks are personal one to one walks and can be daily, once a week, once a month... its entirely up to you and your dog's needs

My little dog Bosco had his haircut yesterday and I am so pleased with the results.
I was worried he was going to be very scared as it was his first haircut, but they made a fuss of him and sent me pictures throughout to reassure me, in the end he was falling asleep.
They were lovely and professional and he looks great!

Terms and Conditions
EMERGENCIES
In the event of an emergency Bubbles & Cuddles will immediately seek professional veterinary attention for your pet at your own expense.
All attempts will be made to contact you in the event of an emergency.
COAT CONDITION
Bubbles & Cuddles put your pet's comfort and well being above all else.  In the event your pet's coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave the mats out to remove them rather than perform a painful demoting procedure.  If your pet is severely matted, there is an increased risk of clipper burn, cuts or grazes to occur.
All attempts will be made to avoid this, however in extreme cases this maybe unavoidable.
A matted pet takes additional time to groom, therefore an additional fee will be added to the original grooming price.
FLEAS
In the event of my pet having fleas there will be an additional charge to cover flea products used on your pet and products used to fumigate the premises.
In extreme cases, cancellation of further clients that day, due to fumigation, may be charged for.
HEALTH
Grooming can be very stressful for some pets. Please inform the groomer of any heart conditions or stress issues prior to grooming along with any other medical conditions. Please also provide us with any allergy information, medication and previous medical history and any likes and dislikes.You will also be asked to provide your veterinary details.Here at Bubbles & Cuddles we use grooming products from reputable companies especially suited to your dog’s needs. In the unlikely event of these products causing a reaction to your dog we will not be liable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so the appointment time can be given to another client on our waiting list.
If two appointments are missed without giving notice you may be required to pre pay prior to booking further appointments.

Our premises is not licensed for day care, therefore a charge will be made for every half hour your pet is not picked up
PHOTOGRAPHY
Here at at Bubbles & Cuddles we love using photographs of your gorgeous pets on our website and other social media platforms.
If you do not want your pet to appear then please just let us know
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made via text message, facebook, email and call..
We will get back to you as soon as we can.
By booking an appointment it is understood that you have read and agreed all of our terms and conditions
COVID 19
Due to COVID 19 we have had to put a few new measures in place due to new Government rules

From Monday 28 September 2020 we will be displaying a QR code for track and trace...using it is completely optional
​
Please begin using our black side gate on the left hand side... follow the paw prints... and ring the bell!
we'll be with you as soon as we can

We will also be transferring onto a different lead when we take your dog to try to prevent spreading the virus as much as possible
​
A small extra charge will be made for the dogs we pick up and drop off to disinfect our vehicle between dogs
​
Our preferred payment method will now be by bank transfer where possible
​
It is even more important during these times to pick up and drop off promptly to prevent contamination between dogs and between owners
​
If we at Bubbles & Cuddles experience any symptoms of COVID 19 we will immediately cancel appointments booked and we ask that you please do the same
